Shipping & Returns

POA currently ships internationally.

Items will be dispatched within 2 working days.

All our items are sent by tracked post, and tracking details will be provided upon items being dispatched. All items will require a signature on delivery.

Standard Tracked Shipping

Start from $10 (Items will be received within 2-4 working days from day of dispatch)

Standard & International Shipping

Start from $14 (Items will be received within 7-15 working days from day of dispatch)

Express shipping is available on request and may occur additional charge

Urgent shipping can be requested and will depend on availability.

POA is not responsible for any customs charges that may be applicable in your country of residence upon receiving our items.

Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. If you include one of these in your shipping address, your order may be delayed until you provide us with a valid residential or business address.

Refund & Exchange

A refund is available if notified in writing to customerservice@poa.com within 48 hours of receiving our item, upon our confirmation of receiving your email you must then ensure the item is sent back to us in the same condition within 7 business days. POA will not be responsible for shipping costs for refunds. Once we receive the item back and subject to our assessment, a refund value of the item will be deposited back within 14 working days. Failure to notify us of a refund within 48 hours or if items are not received within 7 business days (10 business days for international orders) a refund will be refused.
